THERE is a mushrooming growth of fast food shops across the urban areas. Fast food is very popular particularly among the members of the young generation who take them regularly causing health hazards like obesity, hypertension, diabetes etc.
Young people should be advised to take a healthy diet. We can go for fast food once in a while and not to make it a regular habit. Only balanced food can keep us in good health. Fast food is tasty but it is not good for health as it contains a lot of salt, sugar and fat. The parents should keep a watch on what their children are eating so that they can grow up as healthy adults.
